Interface Summary

BaseIO

This is the most basic I/O interface for UnBBayes, which basically loads or stores a Graph from/into a file.

Class Summary

DneIO	Manipulates input/output of DNE files.
FileExtensionIODelegator	This class delegates to a specified IO class by comparing the file extensions, using BaseIO#supportsExtension(String).
NetIO	Manipulates input/output of NET files.
NetworkCompilationLogManager	Extends the LogManager with methods for log the information about the network compilation process.
OwnerAwareFileExtensionIODelegator	This is just a FileExtensionIODelegator with some customization (names, content of delegators and its descriptions)
XMLBIFIO	Manipulates I/O of XMLBIF file format.
